Hello darlings! Today I'll be reviewing Pai's Organic Rosehip BioRegenerative Oil for you. I was kindly sent this product from Ecco Verde (thank you!). I was on the hunt for a face oil/serum for a while now and even though I wanted to try out Antipodes Hosanna serum (because all of my face creams are from Antipodes and I love them to bits), I decided I would try something from Pai instead. :)
The oil comes in a lovely clear glass bottle with a matte/sand-finish effect to it (it feels really luxurious because of that). I love that it has a pipette for application because I just hate pouring oil into my hands and then trying to get it on my face (a whole lot of mess and you end up applying too much). The pipette allows you to apply just a few drops at a time - on your hands or even directly on you face. And that's basically all you need, a few drops of it.
The oil itself has a gorgeous golden-orange color to it and smells amazing - I would say you can definitely smell the rose hip, but it also has a kind of a sweet, almost honey-like scent to it as well - very pleasant indeed. :) What I really love about this oil is that it absorbs really fast and doesn't leave my skin feeling oily and looking like a disco ball. I've tried applying it on its own or under my Antipodes creams and it works wonderfully in both cases.
As far as it's regenerative properties go, I can't say it's a miracle worker - I mean your skin won't look amazing after you use this, but I can say that I did notice my skin looking better (though I mostly use it in combination with my Antipodes Avocado Pear night cream and I know for a fact that that cream does miracles to my skin). Even though I can't say for sure how much this oil has improved my skin, I know it must do some great things - it's rich with Omegas 3, 6, 7 and 9 and high in vitamin A, so it's definitely great for your skin, if you notice it or not. :)
I think this is a gorgeous face oil and if you're looking for one to add in your skin care routine, I really recommend this fella. :) The price might seem pretty high at 24.99 €, but since you really only need a few drops every time you use it, it will last you a very long time.
Now that I've tried this oil, my first product from Pai, I really really want to try out some other things from them - Camelia & Rose gentle hydrating cleanser and Organic Kukui & Jojoba bead skin brightening exfoliator, being the first things I'd like to try. :)
What are your thoughts on this oil, have you tried it yet or any other Pai products for that matter? Do you even use oils on your face? :)
Oh obožujem to olje!<3
