My 1st wedding anniversary! :)

Hello my lovelies! I don't have a 'What's coming up' post for you today, because today is a very special day... I've been married to my husband for a year! I can't believe how fast time flies... I have to say I've been really enjoying this married life. :) It shouldn't come as a surprise since we'll be together for 8 years on the 19th of October. We knew each other really well and lived together for a few years before we decided to get married.

I feel like a lot of people are against marriage these days - saying there are way too many divorces or saying it's just a piece of paper... and it is, it's just a piece of paper but I think it can mean a whole lot more, if you know exactly why you're getting married and are not getting married just for the sake of it or because it's 'the right thing to do'. I would be completely content living with my man and not calling him husband for the rest of my life, but I have to say that marriage meant a lot to me, more than I ever thought it would and it was a really big and important step in our relationship. Marriage didn't change us one bit and we still love each other - the flame hasn't died, if anything it's burning bigger and brighter. :D

So, traditionally you should be giving some sort of paper gifts for your 1st wedding anniversary, but my husband knows exactly what I need/want, so he got me some gorgeous nail polishes that were on my wish-list for a really long time... :)

So that's that... I haven't got any posts scheduled yet for this week but I promise I'll be posting regularly. I have tons of products to test out and a lot of manicures to do, so I think I'll be able to come up with something. :)
