Hair haul

29. marec 2014

Hello my darlings! Today I have a little hair haul to show you. Most months I usually spend my money on makeup or skin care items and really neglect my hair... Well, this month I said 'NO MORE!' and decided to go full-on crazy and buy everything that said hair on it (well, maybe not everything, but I did get quite a few things). :)

Now as I said I tend to spend my money on makeup or skin care and very rarely buy hair care products. I don't actually neglect my hair, I can't afford that with an oily scalp and that fine, soft hair of mine, but I do usually buy hair care products when I need to and not when I want to, if you get what I'm trying to say. I always have a shampoo and conditioner, hair oil for my ends and some styling products at hand, but I don't like to experiment that much with hair care products - I did that in my teens and it didn't really make much of a difference to my hair (probably because I was buying shitty products). :) But now that I'm older (and wiser?), I am trying to get my hair in the best condition it can be and I decided to be brave and venture in the world of hair care again... :) Here's what I got:

Prive Daily shampoo & conditioner - I'm very happy with the shampoo (Lush I love Juicy) and conditioner (100% Pure Coconut & Honey) I'm using at the moment, but I've decided to switch it up a bit. I've been using the same shampoo for quite some time now and it still works great for me, but I'm eager to try something else and see how it works. The conditioner was also great (I just finished it yesterday), but before I commit to it, I'm going to test out some other ones first. :) I haven't heard of Prive before, I just happened to find the brand on BeautyBay, looked at the ingredients (which are great) and decided to take the leap. I hope I won't be disappointed.

Tigi Catwalk Mystique blow out balm - For this one I totally blame Mateja - she was the one that made me get it, even though I didn't need it (plus I ended up spending a ton of money on Allbeauty because I was looking for this product and found much more - khm, Ciate Mini Mani Month boxes, khm). :) I almost always blow dry my hair, so this is a product I will use (am using already). My first impressions are pretty good... so, thank you Mateja. :)

Macadamia Natural Oil Flawless - This hair care product was something that I never gave a second look before I saw it on Essie's channel (essiebutton), where she talked very highly of it. It's a shampoo and conditioner in one and in a form of a foam, so it's a very interesting product. Haven't tried it yet so I can't tell you anything, but I hope it's good. :)

Aussie 3 minute miracle (reconstructor & luscious long) - These two products (or at least one of them) were on my wishlist for a very long time. I've heard amazing things about Aussie hair care products but wasn't able to get them anywhere on line (except Ebay, obviously). Last week I went to Zagreb, Croatia with my husband and practically dragged him in the nearest DM drustore to find these products. And when I finally found them, they were 20% off, so I got two treatments and I can't wait to test them out. :) In the mean time (I don't know for how long), Feelunique also started to carry Aussie products, so check them out.

Batiste dry shampoo - Last but certainly not least is my favorite dry shampoo, Batiste (my life saver for the days in between washes). I ran out of my large 'can' that I had in the original scent and quickly 'jumped' on ASOS to order more. I discovered they have some new scents, so I decided to try out the Oriental and the Cherry version.

So, here you go... my 'little' hair haul. Own any of these products, want any of them? Which one would you like me to review first? :)

Upam, da boš pisala kaj o Macadamia izdelku, me zanima.

You are very welcome :) U tale Macadamia Natural Oil Flawless tudi mene mika, še posebej odkar imam Kerastase Chroma Sensitive Caressing Cleansing Balm, ki je res super (preden se preveč navdušiš naj ti povem, da je primeren za res suhe in goste lase). In Batiste bi sprobavala verzije :) Awesome pridobitve :)

    1. Hehe... :) Flawless sem že uporabila in zaenkrat so vtisi zelo pozitivni! :)

Se pravi misliš, da bi tale od Kerastase bil pretežek, premočan za moje lase?

A Batiste si že sprobala ali ne uporabljaš suhih šamponov? :D

    1. Meni so Batiste suhi šamponi res fantastični... in pri mojih finih laseh, z mastnim lasiščem, tudi zelo potrebni (ker sem vsekakor proti umivanju las vsak dan). :)
